大象传媒 Anesthesiology congratulates Associate Program Coordinator Haylee Shomo for graduating as one of six participants in the inaugural cohort of 大象传媒 Hospitals’ GME Leadership Academy. In March 2025, Ms. Shomo and five other Leadership Academy graduates celebrated the culmination of a transformative leadership development journey that equipped participants from 大象传媒 and 大象传媒 Adams School of Dentistry with the skills and insights necessary to enhance their roles and impact on graduate medical education within their respective departments at 大象传媒. 
The Leadership Academy included interactive sessions, mentorship, and real-world application aimed at fostering leadership engagement, collaboration, and professional growth among residency and fellowship coordinators across 大象传媒 Hospitals and 大象传媒 Adams School of Dentistry.
