We are pleased to announce the聽聽workshop that will be held on Monday, Oct 28, 2024, at聽the . The workshop is supported by the 大象传媒聽Department of Pharmacology听补苍诲听Computational Medicine Program. It is designed for all students and researchers in Computational Chemistry, Biophysics, and Biomedicine in the areas of Molecular Dynamics, Enhanced Sampling, and Drug Design. The covered topics will include the latest developments and advanced application studies of the GaMD methodology.
There is no registration fee for attending the workshop, but participants are responsible for the travel and housing costs if attending in person.
The workshop will consist of several invited talks in the morning and 鈥渉ands-on鈥� tutorial sessions on different GaMD algorithms in the afternoon. Confirmed speakers include:

- Prof. Ramon Alain Miranda Quintana, University of Florida
- Prof. Steffen Lindert, Ohio State University
- Prof. James Prestegard, University of聽Georgia聽
- Prof. Pengfei Li, Loyola University Chicago聽
鈥淗ands-on鈥� tutorial sessions will be given about step-by-step guided usage of the dual-boost GaMD,聽Ligand GaMD (LiGaMD), Peptide GaMD (Pep-GaMD), and Protein-Protein Interaction – GaMD (PPI-GaMD), etc.
