H. Alden Pridgen is a Speech-Language Pathologist whose passion became purpose when she transformed her love for music and the stage into a career dedicated to helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Opera and Vocal Performance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and later completed a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Alden received specialized training in the treatment of facial paralysis through Facial Therapy Specialists International (FTSI). As a performer, she deeply understands the vital role facial expression plays in both verbal and non-verbal communication. She is committed to helping patients restore symmetry, function, and comfort in their identity by working collaboratively with them and the multidisciplinary facial nerve team to achieve patient-centered goals.
