Instructions for referral to the 大象传媒 Weight Management Program at Family Medicine using EPIC:
- In the orders and medications panel search for 鈥淥besity鈥�
- Click on the 鈥渄atabase鈥� tab
- Select AMB REFERRAL TO WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
- If prompted to select department specialty, choose 大象传媒 FAMILY MEDICINE CHAPEL聽 HILL
- Alternatively you could search for “REF166”
