FCS Express

Request and download FCS Express through our site license- submit a .

The 大象传媒 Flow Cytometry Core is offering a site license to FCS Express, data analysis software. Licenses will be billed through the FlowCore.

  • FCS Express can read data formats from all manufacturers.
  • You can create an unlimited number of gates.
  • You can analyze as many tubes or data files as you desire in a single layout.
  • You can create overlays with both histograms and 2D color dot plots in FCS Express.
  • FCS Express can perform both automatic and manual compensation operations.

 

To access FCS Express 7 you will need to have a De Novo Software website account. The De Novo Software website account credentials will also be the credentials used to access FCS Express 7. These are not the same as your current FCS Express 6 login credentials. If you have already created a De Novo Software account you can proceed to request access via iLabs (above link), if not, please visit to create your account before proceeding. Only 大象传媒 email addresses are accepted.

Please contact support@denovosoftware.com if you have any issues with software downloads or about FCS Express in general. Email Ayrianna if you are waiting for your account approval, please allow 2 business days.

If having difficulty, try the following:

  1. Download and install the latest update of FCS Express from聽
  2. When you run the software you will still see the license expiry message but you will have an option to click Continue or Yes to delete the current configuration file/license key.
  3. Click Continue or Yes. Relaunch the software if it closed and proceed with the option to delete/replace your configuration file and complete the wizard entering your De Novo Software account credentials.
  4. Run FCS Express again and you should be all set.
