Becton Dickinson FACSymphony S6 (BSL-2 sorting)
The Becton Dickinson FACSymphony S6 is equipped with 5 lasers (UV, 405, 488, 561, and 640 nm) and can detect up to 31 fluorescent parameters. Its acquisition software is FACSDiva 9.6.
Samples containing听viable BSL-2听agents听(or samples that could contain such agents but whose status is unknown) may be sorted on the FACSymphony S6. Prior to sorting the investigator must complete the Biosafety form in the iLab Cell Sorting Request
