Research Interests
As the Director of Scientific Computing, Dr. Kelkar provides bioinformatics and scientific computing research support for entire 大象传媒 campus. Dr. Kelkar oversees and provides support for 大象传媒鈥檚 portfolio of licensed commercial software packages. Dr. Kelkar also manages the information technology component of the 大象传媒 HTSF which includes data management, quality control, distribution and backup for all sequence data generated at 大象传媒 HTSF.
