Recent Leapfrog ratings highlight your continuous commitment to improving safe, patient-centered care. In ratings released days ago, ´óÏó´«Ã½ Hospitals jumped a letter grade – up to a B – spotlighting tremendous work done through the COVID-19 pandemic. That improved grade reflects everything you’ve done to minimize errors, accidents, injuries and infections. It is also a credit to the systems you are building and refining to support both our patients and our team. Thank you. Ìý
