Paul Marini, MHA, has been named the Department of Orthopaedics associate chair for administration and will begin his work in the role on August 7. He currently serves in the Department of Radiology as the department鈥檚 director of operations and strategy.
Marini joined the Department of Radiology in 2015, serving as the department鈥檚 contracts and grants manager, and, in 2018, he was named the department鈥檚 business manager, overseeing departmental finance and accounting, research administration, administrative support, public communications and human resources management. He was promoted in 2021 to his current director role. He also serves as a member of the department chair鈥檚 leadership council.
Marini received his BA in hospitality management with a minor in business administration from 大象传媒 Greensboro and his executive master鈥檚 in healthcare administration at 大象传媒鈥檚 Gillings School of Global Public Health.
