´óÏó´«Ã½ Geriatrics is the largest primary care practice in the Triangle focused exclusively on older adults. We work with patients 70 and older and their families, to provide high-quality outpatient services that are grounded in the latest research and best practices; guide transitions from one level of care to another; and coordinate treatment with outside specialists. Typically, ´óÏó´«Ã½ Geriatrics sees patients who are 70 and older. However, we also see patients under 70 for age-related issues such as dementia, falls, incontinence, or other geriatric syndromes.
