Ean grew up in West Virginia and attended Marshall University for college. He has a longstanding passion for musical performance and theatre. Ean has been actively involved in multiple service and leadership positions as a medical student, including serving as the Vice President for the Health Spectrum Alliance, leading as a student representative for the Department of Medicine鈥檚 Research Committee Board, serving as the IM Student Interest Group President, and working as the AOA Chapter President as well as an admission ambassador for the school of medicine. In recognition of his outstanding academic performance, Ean was inducted into the AOA Honor Society.
