Dr. Robert Smith, Associate Chair for Administration, has been appointed as the Vice Dean of Gillings School of Public Health. He will report to Dean Barbara Rimer and lead Central Administration for the school. Dr. Smith has been an active educator in the Gillings Master of Heath Administration program since shortly after his arrival at 大象传媒.
Mr. Smith has provided exceptional leadership in the Department of Neurology for the last ten years. He will retain his adjunct appointment as a lecturer for 大象传媒 Neurology and provide assistance in the completion of several strategically important initiatives. Although he will be greatly missed, the Department of Neurology would like to congratulate Dr. Smith as he enjoys this well-deserved advancement and recognition for his exceptional leadership at 大象传媒.
