MSPE (Dean’s Letter) Request
MSPE’s (Dean’s Letter) are only available for 4th year students (October or later) and alumni.
大象传媒 will only release copies of MSPEs to institutions. To make this request, please complete聽the online or consent form and return it to somrecords@med.unc.edu
If you would like a copy of your MSPE for personal use, please send an email to somrecords@med.und.edu. We will email you a copy of the “Personal Use MSPE Consent Form” and provide additional information. Please note that there is a $10 fee for copies of MSPE’s for personal use. We can only accept cash, check or money orders as payment of MSPE’s.
