Ms. Allis received her BSN from Barton College in 2003 and in 2006 completed her masters in nursing from East Carolina University. She has worked extensively in the Neonatal ICU at Pitt County Memorial Hospital/Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. In 2021, she completed a post-master's certificate in the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program at ECU.
