Aaron is a social worker at YBH Hospital, providing therapy and case management to adolescent patients and has been at YBH since January 2024. Prior to that Aaron worked for many years on the 大象传媒 Wakebrook Crisis and Assessment unit completing risk assessments and providing brief crisis oriented counseling and Aaron also briefly worked in the Emergency Department at 大象传媒 Medical Center.

Areas of ongoing clinical attention for Aaron include implementation of trauma informed care models as well as ensuring health care equity, particularly for underserved populations. As an enrolled member of聽 Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, providing culturally competent and respectful care to the indigenous population, as well as ongoing outreach and access to services is an area of constant focus.
