About
I am a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, working within the Taking Care of Our Own聽program. In this role, I support the mental health and well-being of medical students through individual care, wellness programming, and systems-level advocacy. My professional interests are at the intersection of physical and mental health, with a particular focus on supporting individuals through periods of transition. Drawing from my background as a lifelong runner and certified yoga instructor, I integrate movement-based and mindfulness-informed approaches to promote holistic well-being and sustainable personal and professional growth.
