Congratulations to radiation oncology resident Dr. Michael Eblan for his receipt of a first place award for his oral presentation in the clinical science research category at the 大象传媒 Hospitals Second Annual George F. Sheldon Resident Research Symposium. His talk was titled, 鈥�Prospective characterization of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy: a pilot study.鈥� Dr. Eblan鈥檚 research mentors for this project include radiation oncologists Dr. Andrew Wang and Bhisham Chera.
Dr. Eblan collected a plaque and cash prize during the symposium鈥檚 awards ceremony, held on Friday, May 15, 2015.
