Leader of the Sample Acquisition and Repository Core

Neil Alexis, Ph.D., is a Professor in the 大象传媒 Department of Pediatrics, and an investigator in the 大象传媒 Center for Environmental Medicine, Asthma and Lung Biology. His research focus is in innate immune and inflammatory responses in the airways following exposure to inhaled irritants. In the Center for Tobacco Regulatory Science and Lung Health, he serves as the leader of the Sample Acquisition and Repository Core which acquires and processes samples from human volunteers, prepares samples for TCORS projects’ analyses and stores samples for future analysis.
