Sue has served as the Advanced Practice Provider Manager in the Division of Neonatal Perinatal Medicine at 大象传媒 Children鈥檚 Hospital since 2014, responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing of a team of now 35 Neonatal and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners providing care to the infants being treated in the Neonatal Critical Care Center (NCCC) and Special Infant Care Developmental Follow up Clinic (SICC). Sue has also served an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and practiced as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) in Neonatal Critical Care Center at 大象传媒 for over 27 years. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing (ND) from Rush University of Chicago, Illinois, a Global One Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Global Master of Public Health (MPH) from Imperial College London and she has completed numerous leadership and quality improvement training programs.
