We are thrilled to announce that the Children鈥檚 CLABSI Reduction team won an award at the Quality Expo, October 24, 2024. The poster received the Carolina Quality award for 鈥淭he project submission that best exemplifies the Carolina Quality Values.鈥� The Initiative to reduce CLABSI across 大象传媒 Children鈥檚 resulted in a 54% decrease in CLABSI in FY24 compared to FY23 鈥� a reduction in 20 CLABSIs. The major components of reduction approach were:
- Standardization of processes across 大象传媒 Children鈥檚;
- Accountability of results;
- Data Transparency and Visibility.
